IMEG personnel actively participated in the Squad Leaders’ Training held on January 22, 2026, at the PNP Evangelical Worship Center in Camp BGen Rafael T. Crame, Quezon City.

The day-long seminar was designed to enhance both the leadership skills and spiritual fortitude of squad leaders, recognizing their crucial role in guiding personnel and upholding organizational values.

The training featured insightful messages and focused sessions facilitated by PMAJ Fulgencio M. Cañon, Jr., OIC, Assistant Chief, POD and Chief of the Evangelical Base, CHS, along with PCPT John Clark D. Lorilla, PCR Officer and PIO, CHS. Their discussions emphasized principled leadership, moral responsibility, and the importance of faith in service.

The activity concluded with the closing remarks of PCOL Julius B. Cruz, Deputy Director of the Chaplain Service, who highlighted the vital role of squad leaders in maintaining internal discipline and promoting a God-centered Philippine National Police organization.
