Quezon City, March 26, 2026 — The Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group – National Capital Region Field Unit (NCRFU-IMEG) successfully served a Warrant of Arrest against dismissed PNP member for violation of Article 267 of the Revised Penal Code, or Kidnapping and Serious Illegal Detention, on Friday, March 26, 2026.

The service of Warrant of Arrest, led by Team Southern, National Capital Region Field Unit, was conducted at approximately 5:50 PM and resulted in the voluntary surrender of the accused. The warrant carries no recommended bail.

The Warrant of Arrest was issued by Hon. Wehrly S. Gutierrez-Mendez, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, National Capital Judicial Region, Branch 8, Muntinlupa City, under Criminal Case No. 26-201.

Investigation disclosed that the accused is one of the suspects in the abduction of nine individuals, six Chinese Nationals and three Filipinos, on October 30, 2023, along Champaca Street, Ayala Alabang Village, Muntinlupa City.

Following the service of Warrant of Arrest, the accused was turned over to the Headquarter Support Service, Custodial Facility at Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City for proper documentation and disposition prior to the return of the Warrant of Arrest with the issuing court.
