RETIRED NEGROS COP ARRESTED FOR FAILURE TO APPEAR IN COURT

A retired cop in Negros Oriental was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for his failure to appear in court in relation to his Estafa Case.

Elements of Team 7, IMEG Visayas Field Unit arrested PCpl Hernani Dipaling y Wee (Retired), 56 yrs old, married, and a resident of Brgy. San Antonio, Sibulan, Negros Oriental with a strength of a warrant of arrest for Failure to Appear in Court (Bench Warrant) relative to his ongoing Estafa Case docketed under CC# 2041 issued by Hon. Bai Israhayda Cueto Sinsuat of MTC, 12th Judicial Region, Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao dated November 11, 2021.

“We will continue our efforts to keep all PNP officers both active and retired shall be hold accountable and responsible for their wrongdoings. We don’t want our internal cleansing strategies to be impeded because of this negligence. All of us either active or retired have a role in achieving a trusted and credible police organization.
