The Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group wholeheartedly backs the efforts of Secretary of the Interior and Local Government Atty Benjamin “Benhur Abalos Jr. to rid the nation of illegal drugs, beginning with a plea for all generals and full-fledged colonels in the Philippine National Police to tender and submit their courtesy resignations.
The invitation to submit a courtesy resignation emphasizes the determination of our SILG and C, PNP PGEN Rodolfo S. Azurin Jr. to start anew and win the battle against illegal drugs.
In the interest of the nation, I am leading all Full-fledged Police Colonels of PNP IMEG in submitting our courtesy resignation to His Excellency, President “Bong-Bong” Marcos Jr. through the Chief of the Philippine National Police, PGEN Rodolfo S. Azurin Jr., and Napolcom Chairman/DILG Secretary Atty Benjamin “Benhur Abalos Jr.
