The Philippine National Police Anti-Scalawag Unit (Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group PNP/IMEG) again scored on its law enforcement operation by arresting 2 former drug operatives of Imus Police Station who were said to have involvement in an alleged raid on the house of a former professor in Imus, Cavite where the suspects were seen bringing valuable properties out from the house and such incident was caught by the CCTV of the house and was gone viral in social media 3 months ago.

In a report by PBGEN WARREN F DE LEON, Director, IMEG, he informed that joint operatives from Team 4A, Luzon Field Unit of IMEG, Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU), Cavite PPO, in collaboration with Imus City Police Station, arrested PCpl Jenerald P Cadiang, a dismissed PNP member, 33 years old, married, resident of Noveleta, Cavite and PSMS Daisy A Diones, active PNP member, 43 years old, married, presently assigned at General Service Office, Cavite Provincial Police Office and a resident of Silang, Cavite. Their arrest was based on the Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Giovanni Elnar Palma, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 121, Imus, Cavite, with recommended bail amounting to PhP120,000.00 each for their provisional liberty.

Other wanted PNP members/cohorts who are involved in that said illegal act are under manhunt operation by PNP IMEG and other allied law enforcement units and agencies.

The two arrested accused were brought and detained at Imus City Police Station for proper documentation and disposition.

“Walang lugar ang ilang bulok at tiwaling miyembro ng kapulisan sa aming hanay, kaya naman pilit natin silang ihihiwalay upang hindi mahawa ang mga matuwid at may integridad na miyembro ng kapulisan. Kaya tuloy-tuloy ang aming panawagan sa ating mga kababayan na huwag mag-atubiling isumbong sa IMEG ang mga tiwali at abusadong mga pulis.” said the good General.
