According to the report of PBGEN WARREN F DE LEON, Director, IMEG, at about 1:00 PM of January 31, 2024, operatives of Team Eastern IMEG-NCR Field Unit served a warrant of arrest at Regional Trial Court, Manila City against Pat Rolando B Dalida (AWOL) previously assigned at Police Station 3, Santa Cruz, Manila, for failure to testify in a drug case proceeding.

The operation stemmed from the warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Danilo T. Leyva, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 175, Manila City dated January 17, 2024. The accused repeatedly failed to testify in court as a witness in a drug case or court proceeding for RA 9165 otherwise known as Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

“Tinatawagan ng aming hanay ang mga ganitong pagkakamali na maging mapanuri tayo at maging magandang halimbawa sa pamamagitan ng pagsunod sa mga alituntunin ng batas upang hindi tayo magkasala at maging sanhi pa ito ng pagka alis natin sa serbisyo”
