Demonstrating firm dedication to upholding the highest standards of integrity across the Philippine National Police, PBGEN REX ARVIN T MALIMBAN, Acting Director of the Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group, held a key “Talk to Men” session at the National Capital Region Training Center Covered Court on May 11, 2026.
The activity centered on IMEG’s core programs — OPLAN Bansay and OPLAN Paalala — and was attended by center personnel, instructors, and recruits from PSBRC Batch 2025-01 “SIKLAB-LAWIN” and Batch 2025-02 “TIKAS-MANDAWIS.”
During his remarks, PBGEN MALIMBAN revisited the Police Officers’ Pledge, stressing that discipline and good character are the very foundation of effective law enforcement.
He urged all NCRTC staff and trainers to place the highest priority on shaping the moral values and upright conduct of every trainee under their guidance.
The session wrapped up with a discussion on pressing issues currently faced by the PNP, giving recruits a clear view of the realities and demands of police service, and reinforcing that earning and keeping public trust is an absolute requirement in the profession.
